WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY SHIPMENTS?
Your first club order is processed at the time you join. After that, future shipments will follow our seasonal club schedule in February, May, and October.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY SHIPMENT?
Yes, of course! Memberships allow flexibility based on availability. Prefer all reds? Want to add bottles? You can edit it from your Club page or our team is happy to help personalize your shipment.
IS THERE A MEMBERSHIP FEE?
No. There is no cost to join. Membership simply requires receiving the scheduled club shipments each year.
CAN I SKIP A SHIPMENT?
Yes, you have total control over your membership. We understand schedules and preferences change. If you need assistance, please reach out to our team and we’ll always do our best to accommodate.
ARE THESE WINES AVAILABLE IN STORES?
Many of our wines and small-production releases are only available directly through the winery and may never reach retail distribution.
