Orders

How do I place an order?

Browse our collection, select your wines, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is complete. If you need assistance with placing an order, please call 707-812-5888.

Can I update or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist. Once an order ships, we are unable to cancel.

Can I send wine as a gift?

Yes; simply enter the recipient’s shipping details at checkout. For larger orders, such as corporate gifting, please email zach@grandnapavineyards.com. All shipments require an adult (21+) signature upon delivery.

What is the refund policy?

We take great care to ensure your wine arrives in excellent condition. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will review it on a case-by-case basis to make it right. For purchases made through a third-party retailer (online or in-store), please contact them directly for assistance.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship where permitted by law. Availability may vary by state due to wine shipping regulations. If an order is placed to a location we are unable to ship to, we will notify you promptly and you will be refunded.

Is an adult signature required?

Yes. You must be 21 or older to place an order. All wine shipments require the signature of an adult (21+) upon delivery.
For convenience, we recommend shipping to a business address or selecting FedEx Hold at Location (such as Walgreens) if you may not be available to receive your delivery.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. In rare cases, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Can you ship during hot or cold weather?

We closely monitor weather conditions and may delay shipments when temperatures could impact the wine. Our goal is to ensure your bottles arrive in excellent condition.

Wine

Should I decant the wine?

You totally can, but you don’t have to. If you feel like giving the wine a little room to breathe, go for it. If not, pour a glass and it will start opening up while you enjoy. No wine snobs here!

What temperature should I serve the wines?

White wines are best served chilled. Red wines are typically best slightly below room temperature. If unsure, chill briefly and allow the wine to open in the glass.

Do your wines have vintage variation?

Yes. Each vintage reflects the character of the growing season, vineyard conditions, and winemaking decisions of that year.

Wine Club

Do you have a wine club?

Yes. Our wine club offers access to limited releases, preferred pricing, and Grand Napa selections throughout the year.
Members enjoy exclusive benefits, including preferred pricing and shipping included on orders.

Can I update my wine club information?

Yes. You have full control over your membership. Update your selections, shipping details, or billing information at any time.

Can I pause or cancel my membership?

Absolutely. You may pause or cancel your membership at any time. We simply ask that any changes be made prior to your next shipment.
